Aortic aneurysm in Behcet’s disease, endovascular management options

This study aims to review contemporary lines of endovasular management Aortic aneurysm in bechet’s disease illustrating the pros and cons each treatment modality. is a retrospective cohort all consecutive aneurysms patients diagnosed treated between 2018-2021. The aim this evaluate efficacy &outcome endovascular stent graft implantation for Bechet’s disease. From feb 2018 august 2021, 11 were 10 with All male. ranged age from 33 66 years (median ,41 years). There three infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm, two supra celiac descending thoracic, one arch patient had both pararenal &descending thoracic aneurysm. received immunosuppressive therapy before intervention induce remission. After hospital discharge, followed up regularly at 3 months intervals. mean duration follow-up was 22.6 (range ,1-39 months). A straight tube implanted nine bifurcated patient. Two stage procedures (debranching therapy) performed patients.
